Step 1 - Book Your Intro to Aerial Class

Aerial Silks classes at Tough Lotus will use a different type of hammock than our Intro and Aerial Fitness Classes. These hammocks are made out of a silk material that is stretchier and more flexible than the Aerial Fitness Hammocks.

We offer several different types of Aerial Silks Classes and all of them are included with our memberships.

Intro to Aerial is REQUIRED for everyone prior to taking any other Aerial Classes. Our Intro to Aerial Fitness class is SO fun and you can take it as many times as you want, but it’s only required ONCE.

We will cover safety and get you comfortable with the Aerial Hammock. Then get ready to fly! Book your Intro to Aerial Class and get started today, Bombshell!

Once you’ve completed our Intro to Aerial you’ll be ready to soar into any of our Aerial Fitness Classes.

FAQ’S

  • Beginner - Aerial Flips & Tricks (SKILLS) - this class will have you flipping & tricking, lengthening & strengthening that beautiful body.

    This class is designed for ALL LEVELS - we will walk you through every step. Get a great workout and live out your circus dreams!

    (We do require that you take a minimum of 6 Beginner Classes and get instructor approval before advancing to Intermediate Classes)

  • Intermediate/Advanced  - Aerial Flips & Tricks (SKILLS) - this is our Intermediate/Advanced Silks class. We work on transitions and more intricate maneuvers.

    Instructor approval is required prior to registering for this class.

    (We do require that you take a minimum of 6 Beginner Classes and get instructor approval before advancing to Intermediate Classes)

  • Silks Conditioning & Flexibility (ALL LEVELS) - This class is the best class to take if you want to improve in all of our other classes. The first half of the class will be core intensive conditioning and training, the second half will be flexibility based stretching. This is NOT a restorative class. But you might finally be able to do those splits one day.

    (This class is appropriate for ALL LEVELS after taking Intro to Aerial)

    Silks Restorative (ALL LEVELS) - This class uses the Silk hammocks very low to the floor. This is a fully restorative stretch and relaxation class. We like to call it the WIND DOWN. You will end class in a short, guided relaxation and leave with your love tank full!

    (This class is appropriate for ALL LEVELS after taking Intro to Aerial)

  • Beginner - Aerial Silks Dance - In our Beginning Silks Dance classes - we will work on the same combo for 6 weeks.

    These workshops have a FIRM start and end date - you must sign up for all 6 classes to attend.

    Clients have the option of performing at our next Showcase if they would like to.

    This counts as 6 Beginner Level classes for level advancement.

    (We do require that you take a minimum of 6 Beginner Classes and get instructor approval before advancing to Intermediate Classes)

    Intermediate - Aerial Silks Dance - In our Intermediate Silks Dance classes - we will work on the same combo for 6 weeks.

Aerial Fitness classes will use the same hammocks as our Intro to Aerial Fitness class. The material and handles on these hammocks allow for support for your body and the ability to increase strength and flexibility.

We offer several types of Aerial Fitness Classes and all of them are included with our memberships and are appropriate for ALL LEVELS.

  • Tough Tone - our Tough Tone class is a higher intensity, strength training Aerial Class. We focus on a particular area of the body (upper body, lower body or full body) and we take the impact out with the hammocks unique ability to support. Suns out guns out, baby!

  • Aerial Flow - this class is our signature stretch and recovery class. We lengthen, stretch and restore those tired muscles and you leave feeling like a million bucks!

  • This class is the best class to take if you want to improve in all of our other classes. The first half of the class will be core intensive conditioning and training, the second half will be flexibility based stretching. This is NOT a restorative class. But you might finally be able to do those splits one day
