  • The weight limit for both our Bungee and Aerial classes is 300 pounds.

    There is no weight limit for our floor classes.

    Please note, we do have limited equipment available in Bungee based on height and weight. Your reservation will not be confirmed until we have determined the appropriate equipment for each class as spots are limited. Spots will be determined on a first come first served basis.

    Bungee is NOT safe for those who are or plan to become pregnant. Absolutely no exceptions.

    Aerial and all of our Floor Classes are safe for those who are pregnant but ALWAYS consult a physician prior to starting any fitness program.

    While some moves may be unsafe for those who are pregnant in our Aerial and Floor Classes, however, modifications are available to keep you active and moving while pregnant. Participant accepts any and all liability.

  • The age limit for ALL of our classes EXCEPT Burlesque is 16 years of age or older.

    Burlesque is 18 years of age or older.

  • Our Bungee and Aerial equipment was installed by a structural engineer and is safe as long you are you following all the guidelines and instruction. However, there are some instances where Bungee and/or Aerial could be unsafe for certain individuals.

  • Yes! Aerial Fitness and Aerial Silks are GREAT low impact/no impact classes, although you must have the ability to stand and balance on your own.

  • Short answer - yes. Longer answer - also yes! But here’s the amazing thing….you CAN do it

    The Aerial Hammocks provide a lot of support and recovery while keeping your body actively engaged.

    And there are SO many modifications available as you build up toward your next move.

BUNGEE FAQ

  • Bungee is an EXTREME fitness sport that requires a lot of stamina and control. You are strapped into a harness and attached to a bungee cord that was expertly installed by a structural engineer in our ceilings. You then perform various movements on the bungee, including but not limited to, jumps, runs, dives and falls.

  • No. Bungee is a high intensity, high impact sport with constant movement and running and jumping.

    It does lessen the impact on the body but should not be considered low impact or therapeutic.

    Bungee is NOT recommended for those with toe, foot, ankle, knee, hip, pelvic, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand or spinal injuries or issues.

    Bungee is NOT safe for those who are or plan to become pregnant.

    Bungee is NOT safe for those who have consumed alcohol or substances in the last 24 hours.

    Bungee is NOT recommended for those who have been diagnosed or are experiencing symptoms related to heart conditions, heart disease, blood pressure or stroke.

  • Bungee IS hard. But it is SO worth it. Bungee is a high cardio plyometric workout. But it’s also INSANELY fun!

  • Intro to Bungee will be your first class. We offer Intro to Bungee on Wednesdays at 4:15 PM and once every 7 weeks on a Saturday at 2 PM.
