*Bungee is uncomfortable. You are strapped into a harness and clipped to a bungee cord that can hold your body weight. There is a lot of pressure on the pelvis and hips, as well the lower back. Bungee is NOT a low impact form of exercise. If this is something you are looking for….please check out our Aerial Fitness information.

*Not recommended for those with any joint pain/joint issues or injuries, including but not limited to the following:

*Bungee Bootcamp is a 8 Week Workshop with a firm start and end date. Participants will need to select the day they would like to attend at registration and attend from start to finish.

*Aerial Fitness does include moves where you swing or go upside down. Please use caution or ask for a modification if you do not want to participate in these movements.

*Not recommended for anyone with recent injuries, illness or surgeries.

*Body weight and physical weights are utilized during the class. Participant will advise instructor of any modifications needed and participant accepts all liability.

*Yoga is a low impact/low intensity class
