Groupon Registration

Please complete the registration form IN FULL to register your Groupon and be able to sign up for classes.

All information must be filled out in it’s entirety or registration will not be complete and you will not be able to use your Groupon.

IN THE COMMENT SECTION - PLEASE TYPE THAT YOU HAVE A GROUPON AND THE TYPE OF GROUPON YOU PURCHASED ALONG WITH YOUR GROUPON REDEMPTION CODE. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITHOUT ALL THE INFORMATION.

The liability waiver must be completed as well or you will not be able to participate in classes. Once you have completed the registration form - our staff will work quickly to update your account with your GROUPON information so that you can schedule your classes at your convenience.

We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that your registration has been completed and your Groupon purchase has been made available in your account.
