Groupon Registration

Please complete the registration form IN FULL to register your Groupon and be able to sign up for classes.

All information must be filled out in it’s entirety or registration will not be complete and you will not be able to use your Groupon.

IN THE COMMENT SECTION YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS INFORMATION OR WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU OR THAT YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETE!!!!!!!!

  1. Which Groupon did you purchase? (ex. Intro to Aerial, Intro to Bungee, Combo (Both Classes)

  2. Your Groupon Redemption Code (We require payment in full to reserve your spot in class. We will add the Groupon to your account and redeem it in the Groupon system. NO EXCEPTIONS!) To find your Groupon Redemption code - open your Groupon and select redeem and it will show you the Redemption Code.

The liability waiver must be completed as well or you will not be able to participate in classes. Once you have completed the registration form - our staff will work quickly to update your account with your GROUPON information so that you can schedule your classes at your convenience.

We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that your registration has been completed and your Groupon purchase has been made available in your account.
