After taking Intro to Bungee Fitness, you will need to sign up for our 6 Week Beginning Bungee Bootcamp. This 6 Week Program is designed to get you off on the right foot. (Ha ha! You’ll get it later!)
This is a 6 Week Program with a FIRM start and end date.
NO OPEN ENROLLMENT.
Bungee Bootcamp is required for ANYONE who would like to take Bungee Fitness Classes. All of our Bungee Fitness Classes are dance-based - meaning we work on the same combo for 8 weeks.
Register for our Beginning Bungee Bootcamp sessions Mondays - one session per week for 6 weeks.

Step 2 - 6 Week Beginning Bungee Fitness Bootcamp
Step 1 - Dream it - Then book your Intro to Bungee Class
Bungee Fitness is different from anything you’ve ever experienced before. And Tough Lotus was the First Bungee Fitness Studio in the US! It doesn’t look like a workout when you watch the videos, but this unique fitness phenomenon is harder than you think!
Sign up for our Intro to Bungee Fitness class and experience it first hand. Bungee is high-intensity cardio combined with plyometrics. You are strapped into a harness and attached to the bungee. Our Intro Class will cover basic footing, some different jumps and the infamous SQUIRREL!
This class is the ONLY class available if you have not completed our 6 Week Beginning Bungee Fitness Bootcamp.
Don’t underestimate - you are strapped to a bungee cord that can hold your body weight - this ain’t your mama’s jazzercise!

Once you have completed our 6 Week Beginning Bungee Bootcamp - you can attend ANY of our Intermediate Bungee Fitness Classes. We offer Intermediate Bungee classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays. (Advanced Bungee Fitness is only available with instructor approval)
All of our Bungee classes are 8 week workshops with a firm start and end date. Please text us for more details on our next session start date.
Intermediate Bungee Dance - this class is will have you feeling like Tinkerbell taking the stage in the Dance of the Sugarplum Fairies (I know, I’m twisting up my fairy tales). We will work on a dance combo with our fellow Bungee Bombshells while we leap and fly through the air. No dance experience required. High cardio and toning are the key focus for this class. If you’d rather learn another form of dance fitness, check out our Burlesque Bombshell classes too!
